our heat treatment baskets and trays are designed as per customer's requirement.After considering various parameters while designing ,such as maintaing a healthy charge to weight ratio , finally the appropriate material is chosen keeping the application in mind.Our Cast Trays and Baskets find their application in various Thermal and Chemical Processes including Nitriding.
Production Process: wax lost process,investment process, EPC process & sand process.
Lost Foam Casting: material tray, material frame, pit furnace, furnace floor;
Precision Casting: precision castings such as material trays, material baskets, multi-purpose furnace tooling, mixing blades, etc.

Standard base trays and grids compatible with the most common furnaces around the world, such as IPSEN, AICHELIN, AFC, ECM, BMI, FENGDONG and ect.or tailor-made solutions according to your specific needs.
