Grinding Barrel:
The grinding barrel is typically a core component of grinding equipment such as sand mills and planetary ball mills.


Structure:
It adopts a multi-section splicing design (sectional segments + bolt fixation as shown in the figure), which facilitates disassembly, assembly and liner replacement, and can also be adapted to the cavity structures of different grinding equipment.


Product Features:

  1. Super Wear Resistance: Suitable for grinding high-hardness materials (e.g., ores, cemented carbide blanks), with a continuous service life 5-8 times that of ordinary stainless steel grinding barrels;
  2. Impact Resistance: The coarse-grain structure can withstand high-speed impact of grinding beads and is not prone to cracking;
  3. Low Contamination: The stable material does not react chemically with materials (suitable for clean grinding scenarios such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries);
  4. Structural Adaptability: The barrel body is usually segmented or integral, and can match the cavity specifications of sand mills, planetary ball mills and other equipment.
