Definition and Structure:
● Core Definition: Composed of link plates and connecting pins. Link plates are connected row by row with short pins, and adjacent link plates in each row are further joined by small pins to form an integrated conveyor belt structure.
● Structural Composition: Typically includes cast block links, steel side plates, or pins. In a typical cast combination chain, the inner block links are made of malleable cast iron or ductile iron, while the side plates and pins are made of heat-treated steel. This structure combines the high wear resistance of cast iron with the high tensile strength and impact resistance of steel.


Working Principle:
The cast link belt is driven by a drive roller (active roller), which is connected to power devices such as motors. Through the friction between the drive roller and the cast link belt, the belt is driven to move in a predetermined direction, thereby realizing material transportation. During operation, the links of the cast link belt are supported by parallel guide rails or idler rollers (driven rollers) to ensure the stability of the conveying process.
