FH® Heat-Resistant Steel Sliders are manufactured from high-grade heat-resistant alloys such as ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and 310S/2520 stainless steel. Produced through precision casting or forging, these components are widely used in high-temperature conveying systems and sliding support structures across metallurgical, glass, ceramic, and heat treatment industries.

A: All metals expand under high temperatures. FH® slide blocks are designed with appropriate clearance tolerances and use austenitic stainless steels with stable thermal expansion coefficients to prevent binding or seizing across the full temperature range.


Q2: Is surface oxidation a concern?
A: No. Under high temperatures, heat-resistant steel forms a dense Cr₂O₃ or NiO oxide layer that acts as a natural barrier against further oxidation. FH® alloys are formulated to enhance oxide layer adhesion and minimize spalling.


Q3: How do I select the right material?
A: For operating temperatures below 800°C without corrosion, [Cr25Ni20] is suitable. For temperatures above 1000°C with oxidation concerns, FH® recommends 310S / 2520 grade. Contact our technical sales team for selection assistance.
