Product Description

FH® High Temperature Heat Resistant Steel Sliders

Heat Resistant Steel Sliders Product Overview
High temperature resistant steel slider is a core load-bearing and guiding component used in high-temperature furnaces, heat treatment production lines, forging and casting automation equipment. It is precisely cast and machined from professional heat-resistant alloy materials, ensuring stable operation under harsh conditions such as high temperature, heavy load, oxidation and dust. It effectively guarantees smooth conveying of furnace fixtures, material trays and material baskets, reduces jamming, deformation and wear, and extends the service life of the entire production line.
FH® heat-resistant steel sliders are suitable for continuous annealing furnaces, mesh belt furnaces, pusher furnaces, bogie-hearth furnaces, roller hearth furnaces and various industrial kilns. Customized designs based on drawings are available.

Product Advantages
1. Excellent High-Temperature Performance

  • Long-term operating temperature ranges from 650℃ to 1250℃, with material options including Cr-Mn-Ni, Cr-Ni, high-chromium cast iron and other series.
  • Outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation, sulfidation and carburization, no peeling or spalling.
  • High high-temperature strength, resistant to creep, bending or fracture under heavy loads.

2. Wear Resistance & Deformation Resistance for Longer Service Life

  • Precision casting + heat treatment + fine machining, compact structure and excellent wear resistance.
  • Good thermal stability, maintaining dimensional accuracy during long-term operation.
  • Service life is several times longer than ordinary steel parts, reducing replacement frequency.

FAQ:

Q1: What temperature can your heat-resistant steel sliders withstand?
A: Our sliders are designed for continuous operation at 650℃ to 1250℃, depending on the selected material grade. We provide precise material recommendations based on your actual furnace temperature and working conditions.

Q2: Can you produce according to our drawings?
A: Yes. We support custom design and manufacturing based on customer 2D / 3D drawings. We can also optimize structure and material for better performance and cost efficiency.

Q3: How long is the service life compared to ordinary steel parts?
A: Under normal high-temperature working conditions, our heat-resistant steel sliders typically last 3–8 times longer than carbon steel or general alloy steel parts, greatly reducing downtime and replacement costs.

Q4: What materials do you mainly use?
A: Common grades include 3Cr24Ni7N, 4Cr25Ni20, Nickel-based High-temperature Alloys, etc. We choose materials based on temperature, load, atmosphere and wear requirements.

Q5: Can you provide material certificates and test reports?
A: Yes. We can supply material test certificates, chemical composition reports, dimensional inspection reports and other export-standard documents.

Q6: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We accept both small-batch trial orders and large-volume bulk orders. MOQ is flexible to support your testing and project needs.

Q7: How about packaging and delivery for overseas orders?
A:We use standard rust-proof and moisture-proof packaging, with wooden cases or pallets available. We support sea / land transportation and various trade terms including FOB, CIF, CFR.
