توضیحات محصول

FH® Welded Heat Treatment Baskets | Precision-Engineered for Furnace Applications

Key Benefits

  • Precision Welding Technology
Hybrid laser + TIG welding process – minimal heat-affected zone, full penetration, and spatter-free seams.
  • No Weld Drop or Spatter
Clean welding process eliminates loose weld beads or spatter that can fall onto parts during processing.
  • Thermal Fatigue Resistant
Stress-relieved construction and optimized weld geometry resist cracking through hundreds of heating and cooling cycles.
  • Stronger Than Cast
Welded structures offer higher tensile strength and better impact resistance than cast alternatives – ideal for heavy loads.
  • Fully Customizable
Any size, shape, or configuration – trays, baskets, grids, racks, and part-specific designs.

Why Choose FH® Welded Baskets?
1. Precision Welding – The FH® Difference

Feature FH® Welded Basket Typical Competitor
Weld spatter None – laser/TIG Present – stick/MIG
Weld consistency Uniform, full penetration Variable, shallow penetration
Heat-affected zone Minimal Large – risk of sensitization
Post-weld cleaning Not required Grinding needed – creates stress risers
Thermal fatigue life 2-3X longer Baseline

2. Clean Operation – No Part Contamination
Weld spatter, loose beads, or rough grinding marks can detach during furnace cycling and fall onto your parts. FH® laser/TIG welding produces clean, smooth seams that remain intact through hundreds of cycles.

3. Material Selection Guide

Material Max Temp Best For
310S 950°C General hardening, carburizing
1.4828 1000°C Higher temperature annealing
1.4849 1100°C Heavy loads, long cycles, aggressive atmospheres
Ni-base alloys 1250°C Extreme temperatures

Basket Types Available

FAQ:

Q1: Why choose welded baskets over cast?
A: Welded baskets offer higher strength, faster lead time (no patterns), easier repair, no porosity, and lower cost for small quantities. Cast is better for very complex geometries or high-volume runs.

Q2: How long will an FH® welded basket last?
A: Carbon steel (≤450°C): 100–200 cycles; 310S (≤950°C): 200–350 cycles; 1.4849 (≤1050°C): 400–600 cycles. Regular cleaning extends life.

Q3: Will weld spatter fall onto my parts?
A: No. FH® laser/TIG welding produces zero spatter. Seams are smooth and fully fused – no post-weld grinding needed.

Q4: Can you repair my existing welded basket?
A: Yes – re-weld cracked joints or replace damaged sections. Severely warped or carburized baskets are typically not repairable. Send photos for assessment.

Q5: What is your warranty?
A: 12 months against manufacturing defects (weld cracks, material flaws). Normal wear, creep, and thermal fatigue are not covered.
