The tray-mesh basket heat treatment fixture is a highly standardized and modular integrated loading unit in the tray furnace system. Combining the load-bearing frame (tray) and the workpiece container (mesh basket) into a single entity, it serves as a key component for tray furnaces to achieve efficient, flexible, and automated production.


I. Core Concepts and Structural Composition
This type of fixture typically consists of two core components, forming a "base tray+ detachable container" assembly:
1. Standard Tray Base

  • Function: Serves as the basic mobile platform and core structural strength component of the entire fixture. It is a robust metal frame (usually welded from heat-resistant steel such as RA330), with integrated traveling mechanisms (wheels or sliders) at the bottom, sealing and guiding structures on the edges, and standardized positioning and locking interfaces on the top.
  • Features: Perfectly compatible with the tray furnace’s track, drive, and sealing systems, responsible for precise and stable cyclic movement in the production line.


2. Interchangeable Mesh Basket

  • Function: Acts as the container for directly holding, separating, and fixing workpieces. It is a hollowed-out basket welded from heat-resistant steel wire or steel plate mesh, mostly square or circular in shape.
