Pusher tray furnace fixtures are the specialized tooling systems for pusher-type heat treatment furnaces. They represent a classic category of continuous furnace fixtures, but their design, application, and maintenance are highly specialized, playing a central role, especially in heavy-duty carburizing and quenching processes.

The core of pusher tray furnace Fixtures is the "tray-rail" friction pair system. The quality of its design directly determines the production line's operational smoothness, energy consumption, maintenance costs, and even product quality.


I. Core Concept and Operating Principle
1. Operating Principle: Inside a pusher furnace, trays (boats/carriers) loaded with workpieces rest on fixed rails. A hydraulic or mechanical pusher advances them intermittently, step-by-step, according to a set cycle. The trays sequentially pass through process zones such as preheat, heat, soak, and quench/slow cool.

  • The trays and guide rails experience significant thermal expansion along the length direction during operation. In the design, expansion clearances must be reserved to ensure that the trays can still slide freely when expanded, without mutual extrusion or jamming against the furnace body.

4. Balance Lightweighting and High Strength:

Reinforce key load-bearing areas (feet, frame) and use grids to reduce weight in non-critical areas (tray center) to lower pushing resistance and energy consumption.
