FH® Alloy Design Solution
Based on the customer’s requirements, FH® Alloy developed the final 3D models for all three customized products.
Product 1: Basket 870 × 555 × 134 mm
The first basket design features a reinforced open-grid base combined with a surrounding side frame and internal support posts.

Product 2: Basket 870 × 550 × 254 mm
The second basket design is a taller basket version with a deeper structure.
Compared with the smaller basket, this version provides greater loading height while maintaining a strong surrounding frame and base support system.

Product 3: Base Tray 900 × 600 × 45 mm
The third product is a customized base tray.
The base tray adopts a compact open-cell structure that supports heat treatment use while keeping the geometry practical and stable.
