1. Core Materials & Performance

  • Typical Materials: Primarily include Stellite series, DZ640M directionally solidified cobalt alloy, L605 (HAYNES 25), etc.
  • Performance Advantages:
    • High-Temperature Resistance: Can operate stably for long periods at 730–1100°C (some grades like DZ640M can reach 1040°C), with a high initial melting temperature and stable microstructure.
    • Wear Resistance: The matrix hardness is about HRC 48, while embedded hard phases (e.g., chromium carbide, molybdenum carbide) have a hardness exceeding HRC 70—its wear resistance is over 4 times that of ordinary steel.
    • Corrosion Resistance: Resists corrosion from high-temperature gas, acid-base media, salt spray, etc., especially in sulfur-containing oxidizing atmospheres.
    • Thermal Shock Resistance: Can withstand rapid thermal cycles (e.g., 1000°C to water cooling) without cracking.
